The Challenge Qualcomm was looking to launch a brand new loyalty and rewards program targeting a global community of tech enthusiasts, gamers, and creators. The project called for a full consumer experience spanning marketing assets to drive awareness, landing pages to convert, and to deliver on the program's promise of sign ups, purchase tracking, and reward redemption.
Role & Process Sole designer on the project. Wireframed the redemption user flows, marketing materials, and landing pages, then worked directly with the Qualcomm team to finalize the UX before executing the final designs within the Snapdragon design system.
Solution
A full end-to-end experience covering: member onboarding flows, reward redemption UX, account dashboard, web presence, and launch marketing assets — all executed within Snapdragon's existing design system.
Impact
The program launched successfully and remains an active part of Qualcomm's brand ecosystem today. The client approved all deliverables without significant revision, a strong signal on a high profile and brand sensitive project for one of the world's leading chip manufacturers.
